Research

We read the product’s label and offer materials, independent write-ups, and public health sources such as the NIH and FDA.

What we will not do

We do not say a supplement treats a condition. We do not invent ingredients, amounts, studies, testimonials or ratings, and we do not borrow another product’s details.

Missing or conflicting information

If we cannot find a product’s ingredient list, price or dose, or other products share its name, we say so and tell you what to check.
